AFC Flyde Sign Defender Jamie Stott

Stockport County defender Jamie Stott has signed with National League North club AFC Flyde on a loan deal that will keep him at Mill Farm for the entirety of the upcoming season.
According to the loan deal, Stockport County will have the option to recall the left-sided centre-back in January.
The experienced 23-year-old defender first impressed during his time with Stockport County on loan from Oldham Athletic where he made a total of 48 appearances and played a vital role in their National League North title win. He signed with Stockport on a permanent deal in the summer of 2020 and made 17 appearances for the club last season.
Stott becomes manager Jim Bentley’s fifth signing of the summer.
