Chesterfield Award George Carline and Akwasi Asante For Their Efforts

Striker Akwasi Asante and midfielder George Carline have been prestigiously awarded trophies as Chesterfield recognizes the two players for their efforts during the 2020/21 season.
An online poll voted 28-year-old George Carline as the Player of the Year while 28-year-old Asante’s goal during the 6-0 win against Barnet in December 2020 was recognized as the goal of the season.
Both the players were presented with their respective awards before the Spireites’ clash against Bromley by chief executive John Croot.
