Witham Town Sign Southend United Duo On Loan

Witham Town have confirmed that they have added two new faces to their squad. Joining the Town are striker Tommy Lambourne and defender Jimmy Wallace who have signed a loan deal with the Isthmian League Division One North side. Wallace and Lambourne are both Southend United academy graduates who have been regulars for the Shrimpers’ youth levels. Wallace is a former Southend United Under-18 captain who spent time on loan with Bishop's Stortford last month. 19-year-old Lambourne, a third-year scholar at Southend United, has impressed by being a former top scorer for the Shrimpers’ Under-18 side. Lambourne and Wallace made their debut for Garry Kimble’s side during Saturday’s goalless draw against Barking.
