After almost bagging the FA Trophy Cup on Monday, Concord Rangers have announced a few changes to their coaching team ahead of the next campaign.

Departing Thames Road is former head coach James Roach who has decided to focus on other ventures outside the realm of football. Replacing him is Craig Shipman who brings a magnanimous amount of experience having coached a multitude of clubs such as Hornchurch, Great Wakering, and Brentwood. He also has coached the youth at Cortland State University in New York and served as manager of Brentwood for 2 years.

Shipman had been working alongside Danny Scopes’s coaching staff in the days leading up to the FA Trophy Cup final.
