After a successful loan spell with Altrincham FC last season, midfielder Connor Kirby has joined the Robins on a loan deal from Harrogate Town that will keep him at Moss Lane till January 3rd 2022.

Kirby joins Phil Parkinson’s side from Harrogate Town after playing seven games for the Robins last season where he netted a goal too in the 4-3 victory against Yeovil Town. It was his efforts that impressed the management and landed him the extended loan deal from Altrincham. Parkinson wasted no time in signing the 22-year-old as soon as he got the chance.

Kirby started his career at Sheffield Wednesday where he also gained League Two experience playing with Macclesfield Town as a loanee from the club.

Kirby becomes the Robins’ fourth recent signing following the addition of Marcus Dinanga, Kennedy Digie, and Brad Jackson to the squad.
