Chesterfield defender Haydn Hollis extends stay at Technique Stadium

Chesterfield defender Haydn Hollis has re-signed with the club after being offered an extended one-year deal.
The extension of his contract comes as no surprise as Hollis has made several outstanding performances for the Spireites since Rowe’s appointment as manager. The former Notts County man joined Chesterfield initially on a loan from Forest Green Rovers back in August 2018 before signing permanently for them in May 2019.
The 28-year-old told the club’s website that he is delighted to have extended his contract and the decision to do so was a ‘no-brainer’ for him. He also expressed his gratitude to Rowe for giving him the opportunity.
