Former Gateshead striker Jordan Preston joins the Pilgrims

Following his release from Gateshead, Boston United have brought in attacker Jordan Preston into their squad who becomes their first new signing of the summer.
The older brother of the Pilgrims striker Fraser Preston has been on manager Craig Elliott’s radar for quite some time now and has said that he is delighted to have signed him for the next season. Jordan is the last person to have netted a goal in front of fans at Boston United’s home ground, scoring a final 72nd-minute goal for Gateshead during their 3-0 victory against Boston United in February 2020.
Preston, who came through the Blackburn Rovers youth academy, brings to York Street his experience playing clubs like Ayr United, Guiseley, and Halifax Town.
