Former Oldham boss joins Barnet as new head coach

Arriving at the Hive London is former Liverpool and Leeds midfielder Harry Kewell who has been appointed the new head coach for the Bees.
Kewell, who was sacked as manager of Oldham in March, replaces interim manager Simon Bassey who took charge of the club when former manager Tim Flowers left in March. Kewell’s first managerial role was with Crawley whom he led to 14th position in the League Two standings in the 2017/2018 season.
Kewell’s, who is a former Notts County manager, joins Dean Brennan, who has been appointed as the club's new head of football.
The Bees finished 22nd in the National League last season but were spared relegation after the Step 2 seasons were declared null and void.
