Colne FC Appoints New Sporting Director

Colne FC’s backroom team will see a new face in the upcoming week as the Northern Premier League Division One West club appoints a new sporting director.
Joining the backroom team with manager Nathan Rooney is Colne FC’s newest sporting director Geoff McDougle.
McDougle formerly served as the Head of Youth Recruitment at Leeds United and the Head of Academy Recruitment at Morecambe. He has also served in different capacities for a number of other clubs including Preston North End, Bolton Wanderers, Burnley, and Blackburn Rovers. His experience in different levels of the game means that he brings to Holt House his wide range of contacts which makes him a valuable asset to the club.
