The Club Hopes to Return to The Crucial Environmental Stadium as Soon as Mid-January
It may just be six additional weeks of football far from home for Worthing. Facing problems with their 3G pitch, the Mackerel Men have only played their ‘home’ games at Camping World Community Stadium so far. It doesn’t seem to have had much impact on the team’s performance though, which is quite remarkable.
Essential work will begin on Monday by pitch contractors firm McArdle Sport-Tec Ltd and should be fully completed by the 13th of January.
