Barnet manager slams heavy defeat to Chesterfield!

Barnet manager Peter Beadle slammed his team’s heavy loss to Chesterfield as ‘embarrassing’ and ‘not acceptable’.
Beadle said: “The second half was poor and embarrassing. It is not acceptable.“First half we were in the game, bit of a sloppy goal, but we had chances.
“We came out with a game plan second half and then people don’t follow that game plan and we get punished with easy goals.
“The capitulation towards the end just is not good enough so it is back to the drawing board.
He added: “I am not blaming the referee for it (the capitulation) but we have had a fairly confident penalty shout at 2-0. We had a free-kick on the edge of the box which was not given. The referee has got in the way of one of the goals, it has taken a deflection off him. “But, listen, after the first two goals in the second half the game was done then, it was about getting some pride back.
"At the end of the day it comes down to having that desire to defend and unfortuntely today, for whatever reason, we have been pretty much punished for every mistake that we have made.” Source: Liam Norcliffe and Derbyshire Times
