Striker Andre Brown has been signed by Hednesford Town, moving from pitching in Southern Football League Premier Division Central, and for Hednesford’s rivals on the pitch Nuneaton Borough. Beginning his career at Crewe Alexandra, Andre is a 25-year old, born in Birmingham player, showing his talents since the early days of their youth set-up.
His professional experience started at Vanarama National League North level with the team from Worcester City, after which in December 2015 he went on to join Rushall Olympic. Not a player that goes easy on the field, his incredible five-goal debut and netting a double figure return for the Pics landed him with an exclusive contract at Kidderminster Harriers right after he got released from Crewe in 2016. Brown shifted to National League North rivals team AFC Telford United after yielding 23 goals during his tenure at Aggborough in June 2018, and then shifted to Nuneaton in September. He is certainly a player to keep your eyes peeled for with his stellar track record.
