Experienced midfielder Sam Stephens re-joins Biddy from South West Peninsula League Premier Division East club Ilfracombe Town.
Stephens enjoyed an excellent 2019/20 campaign until it was brought to a premature end.
As well as Combe and Bideford, the 32-year-old has also played for Appledore.
Also signing forms for Bideford is forward Jack Magarotto.
The 19-year-old from Torrington was on Exeter City`s books as a youngster.
Also formerly with Barnstaple Town, he joins Bideford from South West Peninsula League Premier Division East side Torridgeside, for whom he has notched 10 goals so far this season.
