Neil Kengni to Join Marine AFC for a New Term Until May 2022

Neil Kengni, a 20-year old footballer who plays winger and centre-forward, has entered into a new contract with Marine AFC that means he will play for the club until at least May 2022. In the recent FA Cup third round, Kengni opened the match by scoring against Tottenham – marking his auspicious start with the Marines.
Kengni was formerly associated with Rochdale’s Academy back in 2016, after which he moved to Stalybridge Celtic two years later in 2018. Marine AFC Manager Neil Young expressed his hopes for the young footballer, “Neil has done really well this season and has improved as the season as gone on.”
Young also added that while Kengni needs to rally his game further, the good thing about him is that he wants to improve. The manager thinks that Kengni will do great and has a bright career ahead of him if he keeps up.
Neil expressed his own thoughts on joining the club in these words, “I’ve enjoyed my football with this amazing club." He is grateful to other players, club staff and fans to have supported him all this long, and hopes to continue being part of the club.
