Cameron McGilp signs for Gloucester City

Gloucester City has announced that they are delighted to be welcoming former midfielder or centre-back for Slough Town, Cameron McGilp to Meadow Park.
The 23-year-old player began his career in Australia when he made it to the first team in the Australian A-League after coming through the youth club, Melbourne Victory. After moving to England, he joined the squad of Swindon Town in early 2019 after he had spent a brief time with Birmingham City. McGilp then moved to Hungerford Town on loan in October 2019 after which, a year later he signed for Slough Town following the termination of his contract by mutual consent. He made quite an impression during his short time with Slough Town scoring once in his 8 appearances.
