Nicky Featherstone frustrated after being left off the squad on Saturday

Midfielder for Hartlepool Nicky Featherstone was not very happy about not being picked for the playing eleven in the clash against Barnet at Victoria Park.
Featherstone was forced to sit the stands for the last four games as well due to a knee injury. However, he had made a full recovery and returned to training leading up to the days before the victory against The Bees on Saturday. He had never missed any game with the Pools before his injury but was left off the field to not risk another accident.
Manager Dave Challinor says that his initial instinct was to play him, but the rest of the team felt otherwise, which was why the decision against featuring Featherstone over the weekend was made.
