Anthony Evans announced as the newest director of Southport

Southport FC has announced the addition of West Lancashire-based entrepreneur Anthony Evans to their board of directors.
Anthony, who has served as director for Stockport County, has led many businesses towards success and is currently the Chief Executive of WARS Trading. Anthony has many ties with several global businesses, which can possibly establish more sponsorship opportunities for Southport in the future.
Fellow director Ian Kyle told the club’s website that he is confident in Anthony’s expertise as an entrepreneur and that it will assist the club in moving forward towards a prosperous future.
Anthony took to the club’s website to state how grateful he is for the opportunity and looks forward to working with the club.
