Premier League leaders Farnborough were held to a
0-0 draw by Walton Casuals which gave the chasing pack the chance to close the gap at the top of the table.
Second place Met Police won 3-1 at Salisbury and third place Hayes and Yeading United won 4-0 at Swindon Supermarine. With Chesham United's home game against Tiverton Town being postponed it gave the teams just below them the opportunity to leap frog them in the league table. Taunton Town moved into fourth place in the table after beating Wimborne Town 3-1 while Weston Super Mare were 3-0 winners at home against Kings Langley. Yate Town and Poole Town both kept their play off chances alive with victory. Yate won 2-1 against Harrow Borough and Poole also won 2-1 against Gosport Borough.
Truro City enjoyed a good 2-0 win at Hendon. The remaining two games saw Beaconsfield Town beat Dorchester Town 2-0 and Hartley Wintney were 1-0 winners against Merthyr Town.
In Division One South Cirencester Town took over top spot from rivals Frome Town when they met in a top of the table clash which Cirencester won 2-0. Totton are in third place after a good 4-0 win at home against Cinderford Town .Winchester City move into fourth place after a 4-2 win at Barnstaple Town. Sholing are in fifth place after being held to a 1-1 draw by Bideford.
Other results saw Evesham United win a seven goal thriller against Lymington Town by a 4-3 scoreline.
Highworth Town were 4-1 winners against Paulton Rovers. Another team scoring four goals were Bristol Manor Farm who won 4-0 at Melksham Town. Willand Rovers won 3-0 at home against Slimbridge.
