Premier Division South Champions Weston Super Mare finished their season off with a 1-1 draw at Salisbury while the race to finish runner up came to a close with Bracknell Town claiming second place with a 3-1 win at Plymouth parkway which meant even though Truro City won 2-1 at North Leigh they had to settle for a third place finish. Poole Town finished the season in fourth place with a 4-0 win at Hendon while Chesham United lost 5-3 at Swindon Supermarine which meant they finished in fifth place in the table but with the play offs to come one of them will be hoping to clinch a promotion place. There was some good away wins on the final day with Hayes and Yeading United winning 3-1 at Merthyr Town. Dorchester Town also won 3-1 on the road against the Met Police while Winchester City enjoyed a 4-2 win at Tiverton Town. Other results saw home wins for Gosport Borough 3-2 against Beaconsfield Town. Hanwell also won 3-2 against Hartley Wintney while Harrow Borough beat Yate Town 3-1.
In Division One South it was all about who was going to finish in the final play off place and throughout the afternoon the team sitting in that place changed several times with Tavistock, Bashley, Frome Town and Evesham United all spending time in the final play off place but it was eventually Evesham United who finished the day in the play off places after a great 3-2 win against Division One South Champions Totton. Division One runners up Sholing won 3-2 at Exmouth Town while third place Hamworthy beat Bishops Cleave 2-1. Evesham's victory over Totton gave them a fourth place finish and Wimborne Town who were held to a 1-1 draw by Bideford ended the season in the final play off place.The draw means Bideford will be involved in the relegation play off battle. Other results saw Willand Rovers win 2-0 at Cinderford Town and Bristol Manor Farm win 1-0 at Westbury United. There were home wins for Lymington Town 2-0 against Slimbridge Paulton Rovers 2-1 against Bashley and Tavistock 4-3 against Frome Town. The only other result saw Larkhall Athletic and Melksham Town draw 2-2.
