The game kicked off twenty five minutes late due to the Chesham United  coach being stuck In holiday traffic and  when the game started both teams seemed a bit slow out the blocks. On fourteen minutes a Joe Belsten cross was met by the head of  Olaf Koszela who's  header was was well saved by Sam Beasant In the Chesham goal. With twenty minutes  on the clock a Chesham free kick was well saved by Tivvy keeper Lewis Williams to keep the score even. As the half went on both teams had half chances but neither keeper was really tested and the first half ended goalless. Tivvy started the second half strongly and a Matt Wright  pass nearly put Olaf Koszela through on goal but the Chesham defence cleared their lines. On fifty four minutes  Olaf Koszela sent a curling effort towards the top corner of the Chesham goal but a great finger tip save from Beasant In the visitors goal kept the ball out. With sixty four minutes  gone Zak Joseph  should have given Chesham the lead but he was denied by Tivvy keeper Lewis Williams.Chesham,s  Brad Clayton was given his marching orders on seventy eight minutes but Tivvy still could not break down a stubborn Chesham side who looked quite happy to get a point from their trip to Devon. The games ended all square at 0-0  with Tivvys Joe Belsten being named  man of the match .
