Tiverton Town 4 kings Langley 1


Tiverton got off to a great start when a Kyle Egan cross was met by Dan Hayfield to put the yellows 1-0 up after only five minutes. Tivvy thought they had another goal on seventeen minutes but Olaf Koszela has his shot into the back of the net ruled out for offside. On twenty eight minutes Kings Langley had their first real effort on the Tivvy goal but Jimmy Weeks saved it with ease. With thirty one minutes gone Hayfield sees his shot well saved by Studley in the Langley goal. Tivvy continued to dominate but had to settle for a half time scoreline of 1-0. The second half was only three minutes old when a Louis Morison pass was met first time by Nelson Iseguan who shot smashed against the post and was kicked away from danger by the Langley defence. A minute later and a powerful shot from Austen Booth finds the back of the net to make it 2-0. On fifty four minutes the visitors were awarded a penalty. Jimmy Weeks in the Tivvy goal dives the right way and was very unlucky not to save Collins well struck penalty which made the score 2-1. Kings Langley were back in the game and fancied their chances of getting a equaliser.But it was Tivvy who thought they had scored but Koszela had his goal disallowed for offside. Seven minutes later Gary Warren heads in a Dan Hayfield free kick to make it 3-1 to the yellows.
