Southern League Premier League South & Division One South


Farnborough increased their lead at the top of the Premier League South to eight points after a 2-1 win at home to Salisbury. Their closest rivals Hayes &Yeading United were being held to a 0-0 draw at Tiverton Town. Gosport Borough are in third place but they missed the chance to go second after losing 2-1 at Taunton Town. Met Police are in fourth spot after winning 2-0 at home against Dorchester Town. Yate Town moved into fifth place after a great 3-1 win on the road at Swindon Supermarine. There were also away wins for Weston Super Mare who won 2-0 at Hendon and Truro City won 1-0 at Kings Langley Harrow Borough won 2-1 at Merthyr Town and Beaconsfield Town won 3-1 at Wimborne Town.
Walton Casuals won 4-3 at home against Hartley Wintney while Poole Town and Chesham United drew 0-0.
In Division One South Frome Town stay top of the table despite losing 1-0 at Highworth Town. Sholing are in second place and closed the gap on the leaders with a 4-1 victory over Mangotsfield. Bristol Manor Farm are in third place after a 1-0 win at home to Cirencester Town. Totton are in fourth place despite being beaten 1-0 at Plymouth Parkway. There were away wins for Winchester City who won 2-1 at Bideford. Larkhall Athletic won 3--2 away at Slimbridge. Lymington Town won 3-2 at home against Barnstaple Town. Melksham Town beat Willand Rovers 4-2 and Paulton Rovers won 3-0 at home against Cinderford Town.
