League leaders Tavistock were held to a 2-2 draw by Wellington which gave the chasing pack the chance to close the gap at the top. Second place Exmouth Town beat Keynsham Town 2-1, third place Bridgwater United won 1-0 at Helston Athletic. Fourth place Mousehole were beaten 1-0 at Ashton and Backwell United. Fifth place Bitton drew 0-0 at Millbrook. Other results saw Shepton Mallet win 6-0 at Bridport. Clevedon Town won 4-2 at Buckland Athletic. Cadbury Heath beat Saltash United 1-0.
