Gary Johnson Stays On As Torquay United Manager

Torquay United boss Gary Johnson has decided to continue leading the Gulls as he signs a new contract that will see him stay at Plainmoor for another season.
The former Bristol City, Peterborough United, Yeovil Town, and Cheltenham Town boss has had great success with the Gulls since his appointment in September 2018. He wasted no time and lead them to the National League South title in the 2018/2019 season.
This season, Johnson has led the Gulls to 2nd place in the National League, with the club going up against Notts County in today’s play-off semi-final.
