League leaders Farnborough were held to a 1-1 draw by Kings Langley which gave the chasing pack the opportunity to close the gap at the top. Second place Met Police won 3-2 at Merthyr Town. Third place Hayes and Yeading United were beaten 2-1 at Truro City. This gave fourth place Taunton Town the chance to close the gap and they did just that with a 1-0 win at Beaconsfield Town. Yate Town are in fifth place after a 2-1 win against Hartley Wintney. Chesham kept their play off Hope's alive with a 2-1 win at Dorchester Town. There were home wins for Wimborne Town who beat Tiverton Town 1-0, Gosport Borough beat Harrow Borough 3-1, Hendon beat Poole Town 3-2 and Swindon Supermarine beat Walton Casuals 6-1. Salisbury and Weston Super Mare drew 0-0.
In Division One South league leaders Cirencester Town beat third place Totton 2-0. Second place Frome Town dropped points when they were held to a 0-0 draw at fourth place Winchester City. Fifth place Sholing did not play due to their match being postponed. There were home wins for Bideford who beat Highworth 2-1, Bristol Manor Farm also won 2-1 against Evesham United. Cinderford enjoyed a 3-2 home win against Barnstaple Town. Plymouth Parkway won 2-1 away at Paulton Rovers. Lymington Town against Melksham Town and Mangotsfield against Willand Rovers both ended in a 2-2 draw.
